Just Signed into Law the Extension of the $8,000 Tax Credit for First Time Buyer’s through June 30, 2010, June 30, 2011 for members of the armed forces who are out of the country for at least 90 days and the bill has been upgraded to include a new $6,500 credit for homebuyers who have been in their current residence for the last five years or more and are trading up in size.
